Hey everyone! We’ve got some exciting news to share— our website just got a major upgrade, and we can’t wait for you to check it out! Along with some product developments and more collaborations that we have coming up in the pipeline… we have been working hard behind the scenes to give our website a new sleek design, improved user experience and features that put you in control.
This update is all about making your experience smoother – some might say… as smooth as BUTTA’
Customer Accounts
We have now implemented a customer account area for your convenience. You will be able to see your order history, manage your orders, track shipping, and update personal information like addresses and payment methods to save you time upon checkout.
Coupons
All discount codes were migrated over upon the update. However, if a “thank you” discount code that you received before 1st May 2024 does not work. Please forward your order confirmation email directly to us at ‘admin @ royalewax.com’ and we will be able to issue you a fresh code to get that sweet sweet butter!
