Typically, within the UK, depending on shipping method selected it will take between 3-5 working days. Estimated lead time for the courier will be displayed when choosing the shipping option.

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased on our website, we are happy to offer a refund or swap within 30 days.  Please remember to keep proof of postage back to us and the tracking code to track your return.

Please notify us and we shall provide the return postage information.

We will process the refund or swap once the item(s) have been received by us. Refunds typically take 2-5 working days to process, but could be as little as 24 hours.

Unfortunately at this time, refund postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Sometimes you can receive the wrong item! If this has happened to you, please notify us upon delivery.

It is important to us that you receive your order in the same condition when dispatched. Unfortunately things like this can happen. It is never nice when it does.

In the case of in-transit parcel/product damage, you must contact us upon receiving your order as soon as damage is noticed. Please take photos of the unopened package (if possible) and the damage that has been caused. This will help us claim from the courier for improper handling/care.

We can only take action against Couriers for in-transit damage, if we are notified within 7 Days of receiving your order. In-transit damaged parcels (if notified within 7 days of receiving your order) will be refunded in full or replacement of any damaged products.
